OUTBREAK were from Maine on the East Coast. When this EP came out, they were one of the more pissed-off and fast bands of that subgenre of hardcore. This EP also came out before folks got bored of Mike Bukowski artwork. Quite a scorcher.
This is the original version on the then-hip WESTERN FRONT label. I never understood why this short record was cut on 33 rpm. It could have easily been on 45 and sounded better.
