Emo-influenced hardcore band from Staten Island, New York. They toured Europe in the 90s, then changed their name to SERPICO. This EP is from 1992 and was released by a great guy called John Lisa who was in the band and ran the Tragic Life Records label.
After a few releases as SLEEPER, the band was offered $125,000 for the exclusive US rights to the name by a UK-based band of the same name.
