NUCLEAR CULT – Cruel Routine 7″
The Berlin band’s second 7″ EP. To call the band members “veterans” of this style would be an understatement. They’ve been doing this brutal, fast stuff forever – over 30 years. Playing in bands like Y, PINK FLAMINGOS, SOLID DECLINE, and the legendary SM-70.
What my friend Robert Collins wrote on the Terminal Escape blog about the NUCLEAR CULT demo in 2011 is still true: “It doesn’t get any faster, any meaner, or any more intense than NUCLEAR CULT. These German maniacs blaze through 8 songs in just over 4 minutes on their 2009 demo, played with precision and ferocity unmatched.”
