Description
Legendary band from the 1980. This is their last real release from 1987 – before they went Southern Rock and to a major label.
This is a re-release from 2022 on translucent yellow vinyl to celebrate the band’s 40th anniversary. It’s on Metal Blade.
The attraction here is that this LP has unreleased versions of the songs on the B-side. Plus “Intervention” which originally also was on “Animosity” in another version. This LP also includes a lyric sheet/booklet that was missing in most of the original versions. I bought the US-Version on Death/Combat when it came out and it didn’t have lyric sheet.
On the bonus versions on this new release, bassist Mike Dean sings in his special style. Those songs were CD-only before. I got the EP some decades ago just for these songs.
The unreleased songs and the full lyric sheet treatment make this LP mandatory for fans, even if you already own an original version.
